"Is it OK to start getting people to do stuff yet?"
This quote was shared with me by a fellow coach. One of the executive leaders he was working with had been told to focus so much on employee wellbeing during the pandemic he was left with this startling question.
With the post-COVID focus on employee wellbeing, you would be forgiven for thinking that high performance is no longer an aspiration for our teams.
But what if well-being and performance were closer related than we thought?
In this short video, you can learn five simple ideas to get our people and our Leaders back on the journey to high performance.
So, the key to high performance, engagement and well-being lies with Leaders being able to

- coach and lead their people closely so they are able to sustain it
If you’re ready to help people motivate themselves to aim for high performance you can learn the key tools and techniques in my one-day training session, ‘Engage and Perform’.
